What is Website Image Compressor?

Website Image Compressor is a web asset extraction and media optimization utility. It scans target webpage code to identify references to visual media—such as standard HTML image elements, responsive image source candidates, and inline stylesheet background properties—and retrieves the raw files directly from origin web servers. The system accepts a fully qualified domain name or URL path (such as https://example.com/products) as its primary input. Its output consists of optimized media files with reduced total file sizes—frequently cutting payload weight by 30% to 70%—accompanied by precise byte-count metrics for each extracted file.
